Dead buyer ! Logically , firstly if you know you will be out of the country , why would you still want to offer the price to the seller ? Secondly , if the product is over your budget , why would you still want to buy it and offer the price in the first place ? Is not logical !! Unreasonable buyer !!! Please think more than 10 times , take all the possible reasons into consideration before you offer the price to the other seller ! Eg ,out of country, product too ex , no money to buy,etc !
