I heard of the famous no shows on this platform but haven't encountered one till today. This buyer is very quick to accept your price and at the meeting time decides not to show up or reply. My advise: if you decide to sell to this buyer, do so expecting a tinge of disappointment. If he/she do show up then lucky you.. you broke the curse.
