Item was received on time as promised, seller packed in a plastic and then bubble wrap the goods. All in all, service was 👍🏾. However the items that i bought: Lime Crime Velvetines had a bad packaging. I ordered in the colour Bleached but it looks nothing like the one in picture but instead is more of Cashmere. Plus the tube had some scratchings. For the Nyx matte lip cream was worse, its not matte at all. It's gloss! But you get what you paid for.
