We agreed on pick up timing, I travelled down but she MIA-ed after multiple attempts to reach out to her. No follow up after. Zero accountability and absolute waste of time. Seems like she sold a used chair as brand new per another past review. Horrible experience and questionable integrity - strongly recommended to not deal with her.
