Great communication
Said she will gon update me on sat if it has already been pickup by the other customer, but she didn't and said it was already taken this sunday morning. You literally make me wait. You could've just said that it was taken by your desire amount and not provided any cliché excuses.

My issue is just I waited, but nevermind she apologize and that makes sense.

Sorry for disappointing you sir/ ma'am for not replying to you on Saturday kasi po student din po ako and yung Carousell ko po hindi nagnonotify agad nasabi ko na din po sainyo yan. The guitar also wasn't sold sa listing price it ko it was even lower. However, you also told me on April 4 na you will update me on April 9 (Thursday) na kukunin niyo na pero 2 weeks na nakalipas tas kayo magchachat na kukunin niyo na? Still gave you 5 stars. Always choose to be kind, understanding, and honest :)
