Rarely do I bother writing bad feedback but if someone trusts your word, you break it despite keeping them waiting over festive period and rejecting a deposit on basis of your word, and then can’t even be ars*d to send a two second message to let them know you changed your mind... it’s rude, plain and simple ;)
