Only accepts payment by bank then leaves bad feedback when I don't want to proceed

She made me an offer and then never responded to me. I gave her a couple of days and still nothing. My profile clearly says that I only accept bank transfers. She never told me she wasn’t comfortable with this. She only left me bad feedback, so I’d remove hers. She messaged me saying “remove my bad feedback and I’ll remove yours”. Just check our her reviews.
