The item was not honestly described. There were serious scratches in both shoes, while the seller said they were worn twice. A pair of authentic Dr.Martens can last up to years. Twice of usage can not cause such big scratches. Either they were used more than twice, or they are not authentic! When I raised questions, the seller did not respond, and said it is OK to leave a negative feedback.

You spent a long time checking every millimeter of the shoes and accepted the item yourself. Hours after you brought them home you asked for a return, makes no sense at all. You probably never had a pair of genuine Dr Martens if you think wearing them twice will still stay in perfectly new condition. I have already rejected your request of return, you just won’t stop arguing. You said you are going to report me to Carousell I said go ahead. So obviously they did not accept your complaint.
