Accepted my $30 offer for the bougainvillea, then sent me a deadline to reply by 5pm due to another supposed buyer. I responded before the deadline and confirmed I could pick it up the next day, but my offer was still rejected anyway. Later, the same plant was relisted at a higher price. This felt misleading and unfair, and it wasted my time.

Adding screenshots for context. My S$30 offer was accepted, then the seller set a 5 PM deadline for my reply. I replied at 4:25 PM on 25/05, before that deadline, confirming next-day pickup. The offer was cancelled and the original S$30 listing was marked deleted. Later, the same plant — same photo — appeared marked sold at S$50 in a separate listing. Readers can judge the timeline for themselves.

Despite many reminders asking you when you can pick up the item, you did not reply to any of my messages even after you had read them. According to Carousell's policy, a seller can reject a buyer's offer if the buyer did not reply to the seller's reminders. The deadline for you to reply has lapsed and this can be seen clearly from our messages. I hope you don't expect me to wait indefinitely for your reply. I am sure you do not want the same thing to happen to you if you are the seller.
