She advertised it comes wilth phone cover but secretly left it out from the deal explaining that I won't like a girly phone cover. She should have honored her side of the deal. And i definitely wasn't fussy.

Above and beyond

The item was not in the condition expected, but the seller communicated this to us (albeit a little late) and did fairly compensate us for that to make up for it. It was an unfortunate situation but he did his best to fix it.

Apologies. I wasn't aware of the defect until the movers came to dismantle the item. Gave a discount as I appreciate this was not what the buyer bought into.
