dissappinted. gave the seller 2 chances, we did cc so she told me she received my money on 21 feb and would mail it out asap. 23 feb stomachache, i believed her, then she was hospitalised and i tried my best to understand her, on 2 march she said she mailed my item out ALREADY and would send proof, i waited and reminded her again on 7 march, ITS 10 APRIL. I haven't gotten anything and she even apologized and said would send me proof again. NOW ITS 1ST JULY. I haven't gotten my money back lol

Seller delayed mailing of item by weeks and only explained after I kept probing that she went overseas and didn’t receive her stock in time (item was stated as instock). Did not update me whatsoever and claimed that she changed her phone and did not back up her photos and couldn’t provide me proof even though I had asked. Did not receive item and asked for a compromise but seller was not willing to. Only made a full refund after I contacted Carousell.
