Cookies are consistently impressive and the pineapple tarts are one of the best I’ve had - not too sweet, melt in your mouth buttery, not too dry and the pineapple filling is SO FRESH! I can taste the sweetness of the pineapple flesh 🥰 SO SO GOOD!
