The items were not well packed. My husband realised that there was no hammock within the box and he had to return to the unit to check with seller. When I tried to install the baby cradle at home, I realised there were only 3 wheels. Hence I could not use it, and I had to find wheels by myself. Seller did not offer to help nor refund. Disappointed with the purchase.

Hi Shiqi, don’t knw y u never checked the item at collection. Item was collected on 12/07 and u msgd me on 14/07 tht the wheel was missing. Are you sure it was not lost by u. Later u never checked for remedy but u chose to leave a review Also you bought this item for $15 as a used item not a brand new item at $108. If you think this item is not worth $15 you could have just not purchased it. I am not sure whether you would be happy if I gave it to you at $0 or would you be still complaining?
