Great communication

What an amazing experience to have my pa5 batteries replaced 4000mAH batteries - kind of feels like a cheat code. I also had my thumb grips replaced and have him scope for potential defects. Botbfix is easy to communicate with, fast and checks your item thoroughly for potential defects etc. Loving my renewed controllers and ready for MHWilds. Highly recommended for your ps5 fixes from him!
