Becoz u don’t understand what is a contract? A sale contract comes with a consideration (deposit). I’ve asked for PayNow but u insisted to pay by cash. So I reserve the rights to collect more offers; and I got a higher offer with FULL payment to reserve it. Sellers are NOT obligated to sell u without a deposit. I can “Accept” a few offers, but only “Reserve” it for whoever paid a deposit, & later mark as “Sold” on delivery; that’s how it works! No deposit? What if you backout/MIA like u did b4?
