Item been kept for so long that it does not function anymore and she did not told me that there was a broken filament inside the pen but is ok as I was able to find brand new $70 cheaper and well function ones Would have given 5 stars if it was working even after taking out the broken Filament

Hi I did not know there was a filament inside. You were there when we switched it on and we both saw the light go on, which meant it was not broken. I even sent you the YouTube videos how to use the metal stick that came w the 3D pen, to push any filament that gets stuck in the nozzle. With this 3D pen, it is very normal that this would happen. If the pen was broken, I will accept this review but since it is not, I think this review is not fair.
