Apple pencil sold to me was not functional (could not establish connection to ipad). Connectivity issue was witnessed by seller and myself during meet up however seller indicated it could be due to low battery. Trusted buyer and paid for item. However pencil still failed to connect after charging and seller refused to refund.

I was 100% upfront that the pencil hadn't been used in months. We both witnessed the pairing delay during the meet-up, yet you insisted on proceeding with the purchase knowing the risk. In a private cash-and-carry sale, inspection constitutes acceptance. I even provided troubleshooting tips after, but I cannot be responsible for a decision you made during testing.
