seller sent me a dress with defects (furrings, thread runs, stains, loose stitches) even though she has confirmed there are none when i asked. she refunded me cost of dress and for me to mail item back to her. however i had to absorb the mail cost when item was first mailed to me even though item was not as described. suggest potential buyers to confirm accuracy of item condition with actual pics.

Hi! Once again I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. I truly have no intention of misleading anyone with this listing & gave you a full refund as soon as you highlighted the defects. It's my mistake, I should have double check b4 sending 🙏🏽 as mentioned in our transaction, mailing is not included & you did opt for tracking which cost $3.20. I've paid the same amt tgt with your refund to have you mail the dress back. Therefore there isn't any monetary loss on both parties dear :)
