Buyer offered a lower price and it was accepted because she seemed sincere, asked for pictures and they were given to her, after waiting for her and rejecting potential buyers in the midst, she came back to say she passes because she doesn't have enough money. Please evaluate your financial status before making an offer and wasting my time. So unless you have alot of time to waste, i strongly do not recommend dealing with her.
