item delivered as described, however knowing that nm takes a lil longer, she could have adjusted the delivery period to a week instead so that i’ll still be under the carousell’s buyer’s protection. confronted her as i was only concerned as a buyer as i still have not receive it after 4 working days excluding ph however she took it the wrong way and said i was rude..

NM’s delivery scehdule is untracked thus i wouldn’t know when singpost will delivery it. If you are worried for future purchases, like i have mentioned before, pls do opt for registered mailing. And suddenly texting me late at night claiming that it’s been more than week since u waited when the chat history shows only 3-4 days since order was placed, INCLUSIVE of PH…Kindness rlly goes a long way, pls dont twist the situation & make me look bad instead. we both know who was the rude one here :)
