Arranged to meet up twice, canceled the first time and didn't respond to any of my messages the second time.

Saw him selling a nintendo DS lite and decided to buy . agreed on price and even place to meet. Everything was going well and was waiting for the day to deal and this guy suddenly deleted the post. And when I enquire about it on another of his post, he didn't reply me at all. Saw his other post that he was replying others but I still didn't get any reply. Totally MIA-ed . It has been 3 weeks since i have asked him why but still no response.
