BUYER BEWARE! there’s a number of buyers who have not received the item after buying from this seller based on her reviews. i, unfortunately, was one of the victims. cannot be a coincidence when there’s a number of us who experienced this with this seller. refund done by carousell is a proof that this seller was not able to provide any evidence that she really mailed the item as she claimed.

Lies. I quote Carousell’s reason for proceeding with refund: “the dispute has been ruled in favor of the buyer since the item has been returned to you and the buyer does not wish to proceed anymore.” Proof was provided to Carousell that item was returned to me despite me sending it out in the first instance, and they refunded due to buyer’s change of mind.

I paid seller via Carousell and she activated the Carousell notice on same day advising she mailed it. This was on 11 Oct. I advised her on 21 Oct that I did not receive the item. I got another Carousell notice that my item was dispatched on the same day. Carousell automatically released my postage paid on 21 Oct as was assumed that I received the item. It is 31 Oct and I received nothing.

Item “bought” by buyer was free. I only received $1.50 for postage that was entirely used to pay for SingPost mailing fee - I did not profit. I mailed item out on 13 Oct. This was communicated to buyer via chat. The $1.50 was auto released to me by Carousell as what buyer mentioned. If buyer did not receive the free item and is so unhappy about it, I would have willingly refunded the $1.5 to her & not have it released to me. I was not informed of such. Pls settle w Carousell. I mailed it out.

Dishonest buyer. Asked to nego, didn’t transfer for days despite follow ups & went MIA. So why would I go out of my way to arrange a meet up that she would likely not show up for. Also, based on our chat, she did not ask for a meet up.
