Please ask all questions before confirming. If item is in sealed new condition, it is not opened if packaging does not allow to be resealed back. For items stated brand new, those were never used before. Selling to make space for other items

My experience with this seller was awful. The mattress topper had significant defects, like a permanent fold. When I raised the issue, the seller became defensive. Despite my patience over 3 weeks & waiting for the topper to expand, the seller was incredibly rude when I finally requested a refund. I even offered to return it in person to prove its defects. Overall, a terrible experience & seller.

Overall, the seller was incredibly rude and I sincerely don't recommend doing business with them. If the store had stock, I would have just bought from the official store. To avoid refund requests, the seller should mark items "sold as is" and price more reasonably in case defects are found. $110 is a lot to ignore when the product comes with defects and is unusable. Do note the attached photos.

Refund was offered right at the start but u wanted to wait and I did apologise for the disappointment as I was unaware bcos item was new and unopened as per post. I’ve done MORE than any seller would, given u repeated screen shots of the shop replies to resolve and chased up for u Per screenshot from shop , It is NOT a defect and I FULLY refunded out of goodwill This is something that I consider above and beyond among all your complaints and accusations Pls be fair w ur choice of words.
