Someone can be highly educated on paper, but it doesn’t always reflect in their understanding or consideration towards others. We already informed that another day needed to be arranged for the sofa collection. No alternative or compromise was offered only repeated requests and pressure from their side.

Constant messaging and demanding immediate answers with unnecessary pressure rather.One isolated situation does not justify attacking someone’s character or reputation publicly. My overall reviews and dealings with others clearly speak louder than one emotionally-driven review over an uncompleted sofa collection.

There's no need for personal attacks about education. That has nothing to do with the simple fact that you wasted my time. This review is retaliatory & misleading. Here's the facts. You confirmed a pickup time but never showed. I had to message you to ask if you were still coming. Only then did you say you couldn’t make it after the agreed time. I asked you for an alt day, & you didn't reply until days later. Asking for a clear yes/no after a no‑show isn’t pressure. it’s basic respect.
