The buyer made an offer $300 to buy it early last month. At that time, the buyer also verbally agreed to pre-pay a deposit $100 as a commitment to purchase. But, due to the delivery time couldn't be co-ordinated. After that, the buyer didn't follow up ! Until last Saturday night, the buyer suddenly sent a message to request a pick-up time. Anyway, the good was finally completed the transaction.

早前為咗口碑就繼續履行c hing 較低嘅還價，推晒其他較高嘅offer。其實已經一早提醒要現金交收。但交收當日佢只帶了$1000現金，並要求電子支付剩餘$200 。因為屋企冇人有電子支付戶口，幾經交涉後老竇請佢去屋苑嘅汽水機撳等額嘅飲品俾我哋。是次交易最多只能俾4粒星。另外小弟有個溫馨提示：麻煩下次出價後盡快落實交易；同時記得帶足夠現金到交易現場。
