Offered an amt right away, I accepted. Agreed to meet at ATC despite my ad saying where I can meet up. Agreed to his lowered price, agreed to not include an item so he can pay less. Agreed to dates when its most convenient for him since he's not in the PH. Despite my patience and understanding, buyer wanted to remove more components to lower the amt (already offered an amt) and cancelled the transaction after I asked multiple times if he is SURE that he'll buy. He confirmed but canceled next day
