seller sold damaged item but refused to refund full amount of expenses incurred by buyer. seller gave ultimatum either she will give discount 200 pesos or refund 1000 but refused to shoulder the shipping fee amounting to 203 (which I paiddirectly to lalamove when I had the item picked up).
