Seller was friendly, helpful & dealing fast.Unfortunately, he dishonestly listed the item as”NEW”. The scanner was in a used condition & the accessory mat was full of moulds. Because I was given the impression of it as NEW, I grossly overpaid for it. I only have myself to be blamed as I was trusting and didn’t “double-confirm”. My 1st bad buying encounter in Carousell! Painful lesson indeed!

Buyer fully inspected the unpacked product before buying, used it for 2 days and on Day 3 wanted to return the product possibly because he no longer needed it (after a book scanning project) by creating an issue with the accessory which is a cheap cloth. Buyer himself agreed at the time of and post delivery that the product works perfectly like new. He waited to get my positive review and after which he complained and then posted this. Need to be more careful.
