Delayed 2 weeks in confirming the order after receipt the goods. Even no response after multiple reminders

Apology on that as i am only active on carousel when I intent to make Item purchased and during transactions and was travelling during this transaction. Hence, missed checking your dms. As payment has been made via carousel and there has never been indication/ notification that i need to release payment made via Carousel from my previous purchases. For your advice if my payment has been released to you ? For your reply via DM so I can assist to contact Carousell.

Edited review to reflect selfishness of buyer. Got the bag at such a good price yet made a big fuss about not giving a cover. Wants further discount. Stay away from this entitled lady.

This product was sent via grab delivery without putting it in plastic bag. To respect the care of handing it during delivery. I have been buying and communicating with considerate sellers who respect the buyer by neatly packing the items respecting the transaction. Thank you for your “kind words”.
