Appalled @ the attitude, how ungrateful and fussy she can be. After sending out her item, I have been following up with her every day to see if she has received it. This is an extra service and is done out of goodwill to all my buyers. All my buyers responded positively except her. She simply replied a 'no' and 'Pls stop asking me.' If you don't appreciate such a service, you can inform the seller nicely, after all I'm not obliged to care about your lost mail/money.
