The Rotimatic was very dirty when I received. There was still flour inside, and the parts were heavily soiled! Seller did not even do a basic courtesy of cleaning the product before selling. Also, it looked like a heavily used item, and not a lightly used as mentioned in the listing. Very disappointing. Seller absconded after the deal and did not respond to my WhatsApp messages.

Unfortunately, transacting with this buyer was NOT at all pleasant and feedback is utterly disingenuous. The full spec, age, condition along with multiple videos + photos were shared in advance of collection, as well as instructions! As shown in photos, a simple wet-wipe could have cleared any internal minor residue. Unfortunately this listing attracted several non genuine buyer seeking to resell or heavily underpay. In hindsight, I should have declined this offer. Lesson learnt the hard way
