Per our policy, we do not accept returns or cancellations after an item has shipped. The buyer requested a return 2–3 weeks after delivery without reporting any issue during that time, so we could not verify the item's condition. Despite this, we issued a full refund, sent a replacement without requiring the original item to be returned, and provided an inconvenience fee. We believe these actions fairly resolved the matter.
