She kept changing the meet up time for her convenience and I had to change my schedule for it. Secondly the skin product that she listed was listed as new, when I told her it has opened before she insisted that it was a new one. Don't sell opened skin product next time and claim its new.

Hi firstly I changed meet-up once and gave ample notice to you.You told me you missed the mrt station, rem? Secondly,I didnt even open the skin product so how to tell you that I opened it.Thirdly,for you,is better to buy skin product that u tested and suitable.As mentioned,i refund you out of goodwill and even waited for you though I was already v late 4 work.I can’t even sell the product after i took it back.if i sell used product, why don’t i put it on listing?

Very nice seller:) was late for ard 10mins, but she was still very patient and friendly. Eventhough she had to rush somewhr, she took the liability to go one station to meet me to complete the transaction!
