Buyer sent me a message saying, “akina account ng tita mo kakausapin ko ipapa ship ko yan!!!!” The problem was that the owner of the item changed her mind and decided not to sell it anymore. However, I refunded the buyer immediately and apologized for the inconvenience. There was no need to be aggressive about it.

FIRST of all , WALA akong chat sakanya na ganyan 😂 sinungaling lang talaga sya hahaha Mind you, ikaw yung nag sabi na “hiningi ulit ng tita ko yung bag at “gusto nyo po ba makausap sa call yung tita ko live?” Tas when I agreed sabi mo walang phone tita mo? pero may Facebook? Hahaha You didn’t even refund me agad lol, what a liar. And mind you, ikaw unang nagsabi na bibigay mo number ng tita mo sakin hahaha. 😝 and you’re not even apologetic sa chat hahaha sobrang passive aggressive mo girl

So petty!! talagang ako pa ang worst customer when you’re at fault here 😭 mind you I paid for the item June 6 plang tas shinip mo lang ng June 13 while also NOT replying to my messages 🥰 Worst customer when I’ve been patient with you kahit you didn’t update at all sa order ko for an entire week?? HAHA my 70+ 5 stars reviews says different 🥰
