great pt coach! really see result and feel different in a month time, decided to continue taking up pt training with coach berg as result really shown well on me!! look forward for his session every week, he even goes extra miles to plan out workout that is suitable for all individual 😊 overall pleasant experience! my first and last experience w pt trainer as probably gonna stick w him thru 🫡💪
