Update: when I purchased the books, they appeared new and were wrapped in plastic so I naturally assumed they were new and in perfect condition. Once opened, it was clear the books were fake as they were littered with spelling errors and punctuation mistakes. What made this infinitely worse was that the books were purchased by my 7 year old with her own money (which she obtained by selling her toys on Carousell). This was made known to the seller at the time. Who would cheat a 7 year old?

Without further clarification, this buyer just claimed that I am trying to cheat a 7yos daughter. I have sold him a set of 8 harry potter books for $70. I have clearly informed him that the books were purchased from a hk bookstore and refer him to the print quality are on picture 2 of my listing. Appreciate communication rather than just leaving bad comments like this!

No pride seller who sells the Harry Potter books knowing that it's all in bad spelling. Many many words are unreadable. Obviously I can't sell off now as next buyer won't benefit from it. One of the worst experience with such a seller and refuses to refund. If I bought something that I do not like, I cannot expect a refund. But if I bought something that is completely different from the description, then it's only nice to refund. Dun get scam by this seller.

Sold a brand new sealed set of books to this buyer and he claimed that the words quality are unreadable. Shouted at me over the phone and threatened to drive up to my place. Requested him to screenshot since he mentioned the whole books are unreadable. Let's see how to resolve such situation in a better way. For interested party, please see picture 2- screenshot from this buyer. Update: I have agreed to do refund to the buyer if he can return the books in original condition.
