When I picked up the item, I asked you if there was any issue, and you said ‘Wala po.’ I trusted you because I was rushed and blocking the road with my hazards on. Now that I’m home, the lock doesn’t work. I didn’t break this—it was already damaged. You are claiming ‘we checked together’ and mentioning a ‘test,’ but that never happened. I’ve sent a video and tried calling, but you’re ignoring me.

I'm sorry that you feel this way, please stop harassing me, you have been doing so for the past few weeks. At the time of purchase, you had the time to check the item, and the item was in the condition as listed, otherwise, you would not have purchased it. Nobody rushed you and your vehicle's parking was your choice, therefore both points are irrelevant to this transaction.
