Buyer was unpleasant on the day of purchase, was suspicious about the item and then tried to renegotiate on the spot. Also unkind - gave a bad review because she was impatient about warranty documents. (Already sent her the original warranty on the day of sale - had to find the receipt as well.) My baby was sick for weeks, yet they were graceless. Item in perfect condition.

Firstly the seller was not responsive for more then 3 weeks. With multiple attempts to reach out over text message, Carousell and email. Giving the benefit of doubt over this time I still had a rating of 4 stars and was only requesting what was promised. I have revised my rating after reading the post. Ps sorry for your child’s health but if you don’t respond how was I meant to know..
