Rather Disappointing 😖 1. Meet up Was supposed to meet seller’s friend to collect the item but friend had forgotten to bring the item out and I had to travel again the next day to collect. 2. Item Picture advertised the item as a two compartment pencil box, however when I collected the item, I only received it with only one compartment. Overall, it was disappointing experience :(
Just to clarify - 1. My friend forgot to bring her item out, but we offered her FREE mailing in which she declined and demanded for a discount instead. We weren’t able to give discounts as items we were selling is at cost price ($2 only) , but we did give her some small free gift. 2. There were 2 types of pencil cases and she did not state which type, and also did not clarify with my friend on the spot during the second meetup.
Very happy with the transaction, payment and delivery all smoothly facilitated. Sincere seller I highly recommend
Buyer purchased an item from us, instructions were explicitly told to her to submit registration details at least 24 hours before departure twice - during her inquiry and before we sent out the item Yet, she submitted her details at 11pm told us she wants to use by 7am in the morn When it couldnt complete due to system maintenace after she sent it, she accused us of not telling her that it has to be done in adv n want to cancel but couldn't as it was pending in system, then used fdbk as threat
Seller was very hostile, if your deal w this person goes well, good for you because its most likely a very pleasant transaction. Or else, he/she will turn very hostile and start to blame you & criticise you. Will never deal w this person ever again.
