The bag was missing a shoulder strap even though it was listed as full set. Upon checking the seller only said the original doesn’t come with it (although I am 100% sure it does), and when I asked if she was willing to refund me some money (so I can then try buy a strap back somehow, which isn’t ideal), or if she prefers a full refund, she just stopped replying me. This is very frustrating.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused and delay. I did replied u after two days as I was busy; and also because I was finding the missing straps that have dropped out. The missing straps was thereafter m mailed to you in registered mail.

Already told u that it is 2 pcs light stick and stand. Still dare to leave a bad review after u back up during the meet up. How can this 2 quality light stands be $60? Adapter missing which I've informed u in the message. I searched high n low and accommodate to ur same day collection. Luckily i did not deliver to u. Such a bad luck to meet u this buyer.
