The delivery is really bad，the SF express staff is rude and impatient and the delivery fee is so expensive that making the value of the product drops.

I think the service of SF Express is totally unrelated to me and it is not provided by me. Please be considerate and thoughtful because it does nothing with the product. Also please think of your behaviour what you have done to make the SF staff being so impatient. Delivery by receiver pay was agreed upon by both parties. Once you agree the payment method you are obliged to bear the delivery cost.
