Seller was responsive, however other other than that, it was overpromised and under delivered. Calculator was described as 'like-new' turn out to be more of well used wo defects. She guarantee delivery on Sunday (which my kid needs for sch on Mon) when I paid for 2days delivery option on Fri, to my disappointment, I recieved the product only on Wed.

Seller was prompt in responding however I was very disappointed with the item because the advert mentioned as good as new and came with box. But the seller did not mention no box and the shoes look old with scratches as seen in pic

Picture comes with box and unnoticeable scratch. obvious scratches/damage should be mentioned in the ad but stated as good as new” and” lightly used” did not raise any further question on the shoes condition as Carousell guidance on this term refers to “any flaws are hardly noticeable “ . on the hind sight I should have questioned more than to be surprise with multiple scratches as seen in pic

- it was never stated that there would be a box and buyer never asked for one. -shoes retail for $60 and i am selling for $10. sent the buyers MULTIPLE pictures of the shoes and yet she did not have any issues w the condition. - Now she's complaining after receiving what she already saw in pictures. - buyer has 1 star reviews on her page as she has done this before. - this is NOT a reflection of my service as I did my due diligence by sending her pictures of the shoes and other information.
