This is what this buyer did when trying to buy a lamp from me. 1) Negotiated on price. 2) Agreed on lowered price. 3) Agreed on meet up timing and location. 4) Negotiated to lower price AGAIN. 5) Canceled entire deal because he doesn’t know how to use a lamp. If he needs help on how to use a lamp, I would recommend to not deal with him.
