Buyer was polite in the beginning but turned accusatory when I’d wrongly delivered the item - as I had wrongly listed a 7+ screen protector as 7 screen protector. I had apologised and offered for a refund with the item being mailed back but buyer declined. Buyer was ACCUSATORY and MALIGNED me of misleading buyers on purpose with my listing - “purposely covering the word ‘plus’ in the photo of my listing” which does NOT MAKE SENSE - as if I can predict she, wanting 7, will make an offer?
