I was quoted with final price $80 for change of inner tyre as my tyre was punctured. The next morning I realised the tyre was punctured again. Texted Adrain and was advised need to change new tube and tyre. When ask him how much, did not reply. He apologised after 12 hrs for overlooking my message. I went to another shop and they found a tiny needle. Very disappointed with the workmanship.

Hi there. Hope this message finds you well. Its was about 10pm When we perform the onsite tyre change hence the $80 labour and transportation fee with tube included. we also checked the tyres there wasn’t any needle or sharp objects that needs to be extracted. Highly doubt it is a workmanship issue. Whereas needles can be found riding on the road with any kind/forms of terrains. We would have done the extraction to prevent future blowouts. We apologise for the late respond for your next day msg
