Buyer was irresponsible in making an urgent deal w/o having the money ready. Pestered me for prompt replies and pushed for a fast deal on the day itself saying he will drive over right now (alr told him I wasn’t even at home lol). But becoz of his eagerness, I made compromises and disrupted my schedule to rush home, only to receive his text to cancel the deal becoz he don’t have enough cash? -.-
