Battery changing process was very fast and efficient. Done in less than 15mins. What could be better is the communication of arrival time by the Whatsapp operator. I was told I needed to wait for 30mins but the serviceman arrived at 90mins mark. Either there was poor communication between operator and serviceman, or operator chose not to be upfront fearing I will not agree to the deal.
