The baker seller was really friendly and extremely accommodating towards my collection schedule which changed several times. Greatly appreciate it. I ordered the apple tart and it was super pretty and definitely my kind of tart - choke-full of real apples and light custard. I felt like I could indulge in such a yummy delight without feeling the guilt! Will try her other bakes soon!
