Our family really enjoyed our trip to Batam. Transport service provided by Abg Imam were good. Driver, Paijo did not smile when we first met him. However he did smile only after the 2nd day onwards. Then only we felt comfortable with him to drive us around though he didn't talk much. Perhaps Paijo should be more cheerful in future. Van was clean with aircon on full blast due to the hot weather.
