Despite item is unused but it seems that it had kept for very long time, have brought back home the same day to try out, turn out it has strong burning smell. I immediately feedback to seller, seller claimed that item was sell on behalf her friend, not her item and insist that the item is working condition. Because of safely and health concern, refuse return and refund. Please be careful dealing

Why have you not mentioned that i offered you a pick of any items from on my list to compensate you ? Whether you over burnt it or not I too do not know.
